Please take note of our opening hours when booking and please make sure that you allow for this when booking your dates. Don't book your holiday dates, instead, book your pets dates based on our opening hours. 

So many people say at checking in that they are collecting on a Saturday afternoon when we are closed! and we don't open on a sunday, so you will need a monday collection. 

Extra dates needed may not be available during the height of Summer at the last minute! Our opening hours are: 

Monday- Fridays 

    5pm and 7pm 

Saturday   

 9.00 and 11.00 am

Sunday 

CLOSED

Fees. We charge the daily rate for arrival and departure, regardless of the time of day ie; sat to sat is 8 days.  We have a Minimum 2 day charge. 

Bookings, Deposit and Payment  Deposits are £10 per week during term time and £20 during peak season per hutch/suite, which is required upon booking to secure your hutch/hutches. This will be deducted form your final boarding costs. We no-longer hold any hutches without a deposit. We are not responsible for hutches no longer available due to late deposits. Final payment is due 7 days before the day of arrival by either Bank transfer, card or cash.. For reservations made within  14 days of arrival date- Full payment is required when booking. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Cancellations. All Deposits are non-refundable, but in the unlikely event that you have to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible in order to let other users have the pleasure of staying with us.

we will add these items to your pets stay and they will be ready for you when you arrive for your holidays.
All money raised from the sale of these items goes towards our rescue efforts and the vet bills for the neglected Guinea Pigs that we rescue.
